Nice to have
- Active CPA or CMA certification.
- An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, FloQast, and leveraging modern AI or automation tools to drive operational scale.
- Champion the financial integrity and accounting accuracy of the entire 1.5B AECO segment, fostering a proactive, no-surprises culture.
- Spearhead the segment's evolution through process and technology transformations, utilizing modern software and automated tools.
- Serve as the primary accounting advisor to the business leadership team, translating complex technical insights into actionable commercial strategies.
- Cultivate and mentor a high-performing global accounting team, driving professional growth, inclusion, and a commitment to excellence.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology, software, or SaaS company.
Compensation
- Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
- This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
- Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
