About the role
- 50-74 % Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling.
- 50-74 % Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance repairs in the facility including painting, lawn care and snow removal.
- Performs advanced plumbing such as pulling and setting toilets, snaking lines, rebuilding or changing flush valves and faucets, sweating copper pipe and performing waste plumbing e.g., PVC.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and good driving record required.
- Must be able to coordinate projects with internal staff of different departments.
- Must be able to prioritize work.
- Must be willing to work overtime before and after hours
Skills
- Auto CAD knowledge a plus, but not required.
- Ability to operate lawn care and snow removal equipment.
- Skill in performing minor maintenance repairs.
- Skill in operating tools for repairs including saws, air compressors, air tools, etc.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to be detail oriented.
- Ability to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification.
- Skill in pulling and setting toilets, urinals and sinks.
- Skill in snaking lines.
- Skill in rebuilding and/or changing flush valves and faucets.
- Excel spreadsheet knowledge is a plus.
Compensation
- $75k-$100k
