About the role
- Responsible for efficient operation of the flex shield area, continuous production & inspection on production line.
- Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery.
- Meet production rates & improvement targets.

Requirements
- Repetitive motion of hand and finger movement to manually input data using a keyboard or to assemble parts may be required for up to eight hours a day.
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
- Manufacturing sewing experience is required.
- Must be able to perform in a team environment.
- Must be able to perform multiple task's to meet department goals.
Skills
- High school graduate or GED required
- Possess good communication skills
- Must be able to use measurement devices
- Must be able to read and write
- Must possess good math skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background and reference checks
- Line experience - Sewing experience required
Compensation
- Compensation: $15/Hr
