Position Overview Novelis is one of the world leaders in aluminum recycling and rolling and a leading sustainable aluminum solutions provider.

In this role, you will be responsible for provisioning, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our enterprise network environment.

Maintain accurate topology diagrams, IP addressing schemas, configuration backups, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a dedicated network administration or robust helpdesk/desktop support role with networking responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Experience configuring routing protocols (such as OSPF or EIGRP) and switching concepts (STP, EtherChannel).
Familiarity with network security fundamentals (Firewalls, VPNs, NAT).
Tools: Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Cisco DNA Center/Catalyst Center).
The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of core routing and switching concepts, hand-on experience with Cisco IOS, and a passion for maintaining high network availability and performance.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is highly preferred or actively being pursued.
