About the role

Responsibilities

  • PanKRAS represents one of the most exciting growth opportunities within AstraZeneca's GI Oncology portfolio and is expected to play a pivotal role in our ambition to lead in Pancreatic, Colorectal, and Lung cancer.
  • As Senior Director, Global Commercial, panKRAS, you will lead the global commercial strategy for AstraZeneca's panKRAS asset, a clinical stage, oral, multi-target KRAS inhibitor, with the potential to transform outcomes for patients across multiple tumor settings where KRAS is considered to be a relevant clinical target.
  • You will translate patient, customer, market and competitive insights into clear choices on target indications, patient populations, target product profile, differentiation and sequencing, while building the foundation for future launch excellence and leading commercial preparation for the panKRAS lead indication.
  • Develop future-focused revenue forecasts and business cases informed by robust insights and sound commercial judgement.
  • Own and manage relevant global brand budgets, forecasts and resource allocation to target, with clear prioritization and financial discipline.
  • Proactively identify and manage strategic, operational, regulatory and reputational risks, ensuring activities comply with policy, legal, regulatory and industry requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

Compensation

  • AstraZeneca is committed to providing competitive, equitable and transparent compensation.
  • The annual base pay for this position ranges from $231,988.80 - $347,983.20 USD Annual.
  • Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
