About the role

• At Franklin Electric, Finance plays a pivotal role in accelerating business performance and strengthening organizational health.
• Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role blends controllership (accounting, compliance, audit readiness) with commercial and operational partnership to improve P&L and working capital outcomes.
• The role also provides financial leadership for strategic initiatives and proactively advises Energy Systems leaders on corrective actions to ensure long-term achievement of key strategic priorities.
