About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to join Winsupply Sourcing Services (WSS).
- In this role, you will assist with customer service operations to ensure that our local company customers' service expectations are exceeded in every interaction.
- You will play an essential role in processing orders efficiently and helping to provide solutions for customer inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data to develop and recommend strategies for inventory management, with a focus on improving vendor KPIs such as inventory turns and replenishment.
- Actively support the recruitment and retention of local companies' purchasing contracts, working to strengthen relationships and drive performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain reporting systems for tracking key performance metrics and suggest improvements based on findings.
