About the role

  • This role will work with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to help ensure requirements and processes are clearly understood.

Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and update business process workflows.
  • Attend project meetings and document key decisions, questions, and action items.
  • Support testing and validation to confirm that completed work meets the documented business requirements.
  • The Business Analyst Intern will support the Senior Business Analyst in gathering, documenting, and communicating business needs for internal projects and system improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, or software development is helpful but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and comfortable managing documentation and meeting notes.
  • Able to ask thoughtful questions and communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
