About the role

This role will work with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to help ensure requirements and processes are clearly understood.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and update business process workflows.
Attend project meetings and document key decisions, questions, and action items.
Support testing and validation to confirm that completed work meets the documented business requirements.
The Business Analyst Intern will support the Senior Business Analyst in gathering, documenting, and communicating business needs for internal projects and system improvements.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, or software development is helpful but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and comfortable managing documentation and meeting notes.
Able to ask thoughtful questions and communicate with both business and technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
