About the role
- Monitors the Compass Inbox and Estimates emails, sets up change order opportunities in Sales Force and saves emails into the estimates folder within the study folders.
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Facilitate data entry input to pertinent Proposals CEs
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, software manuals, study documents, and procedure manuals; the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Requirements
- May be required to assist the Proposals Team in processing $0.00 Delays and Cancellations.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office's suite of programs including
- the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SalesForce a plus.
Compensation
- $21k-$26k
