About the role

  • The OT Security Architect defines and enforces the secure operational technology architecture across Fleet's data center mechanical and industrial systems.

Responsibilities

  • The Architect delivers the secure OT architecture for mechanical systems including power, cooling, BMS, SCADA, and industrial control networks.
  • The Architect establishes and enforces independent security design approval gates for OT systems prior to construction and commissioning.
  • The Architect partners closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams while maintaining independent authority for security approvals.
  • This role ensures independent security oversight of all OT designs prior to build and commissioning.
  • Employees may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in OT security or industrial control system security in a data center environment.
  • Experience with data center mechanical systems and network segmentation.
  • Strong knowledge of OT protocols and security controls.
  • Ability to operate independently from engineering delivery teams.

Compensation

  • $175,000-$225,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus Travel Expectations: 10-20% Fleet Data Centers Employment: Fleet Data Centers employees enjoy competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program, standard paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.
