Responsibilities
- Monitor training attendance, follow up with no-shows, and re-engage inactive leads
- Manage advisor contracting (1099/W2 equivalent process) and onboarding logistics
- Maintain structured tracking in Google Sheets
- Experience working with funnels, lead tracking, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up discipline (no leads left behind).
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, Slack.
- This person will own the full recruitment funnel for our advisor sales organization, from first contact to onboarding, ensuring fast follow-up, high conversion, and strong activation of new hires.
- This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where your follow-through directly drives how quickly we grow our advisor network.
