Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and resume screenings to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

Requirements
- You are an excellent communicator
- You have a strong intuition for whether people will align with the company's values and growth objectives
- 4+ years recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing hiring needs
- You think outside the box to find creative solutions to hiring challenges, especially in competitive job markets

Compensation
- $100,000 - $130,000 OTE based on seniority and relevant experience

- You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying job openings and creating job descriptions to screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and extending offers.
- You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, identify top talent, and create a strong company culture through recruitment.
