About the role
- Tammany Health System, delivering world-class healthcare close to home is our goal.
- The health system is nestled in the heart of Covington on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain.
- Three 8-hr days one week and two 8-hr days the next week.
Responsibilities
- Jennifer Saint, HR Talent Partner Talent Acquisition - Human Resources
- Performs Pre-Op assessments via visit or phone call.
- Compiles needed documentation for the chart, and collaborates with physician offices to gather needed information.
Requirements
- Lifting at least 50 pounds is required.
- Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.
- Physical Effort required:
Nice to have
- Successfully completed Board Certified nursing program.
- Current Louisiana RN licensure.
- The ILCOR course must include a manikin check off.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
