About the role
- In this role, you will assist the public with obtaining a driver license, registering vehicles and issuing permits and license plates.
- We provide the training you need to make decisions using vehicle laws, agency policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Occasionally perform relief work in other DMV offices within the region.
Requirements
- Experience or training using computers to retrieve and input data;
- Completion of an associate's degree will substitute for one year of the public contact experience.
- You must have a valid US driver license and an acceptable driving record.

Compensation
- Comprehensive and equitable base salary offer within the listed range.
- Through an equal pay assessment, we will determine the salary offer using the information you provide in your submitted application materials.
- The salary range listed is the non- PERS monthly salary range.
- If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible, the salary range will increase by 6.95%.
