The Product Management team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on ezCater's Fintech portfolio.

Organize & Prioritize: Own the success of our FinTech product portfolio by establishing both near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics. Owns partner integrations and optimization.
Tax Solutions: Experience designing and implementing Tax Solutions via Internal or Partner.
Insanely autonomous: You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it.

You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder.
You have 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments.
Proven success in enabling top tier payment services providers (PSPs).
What You Have: - Product leadership: You have 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments.
Communicate Effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder.
Product leadership: You have 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments.
You work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives.
You are capable at creating reports/analytics via reporting solutions and SQL.
Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.

You ideally are familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces.
You have an excellent track record of producing positive results, as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks.

Serves as a thought leader in fintech product innovations, identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability.
Strong grasp of Compliance framework in Fintech space, like PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, IRS).

The national cash compensation range for this role is $206,000 - $276,000 per year.*

You will define product vision, strategy and roadmaps to enhance and expand our fintech capabilities that includes incoming and outgoing payment processing, invoicing, fraud management and tax compliance.
This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
