About the role
- But today we're working better, smarter and faster than ever-and setting our sights even higher.

Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with an ERP system or in a high-volume fulfillment or order management environment.
Nice to have
- Set up sourced products end-to-end in our ERP system, ensuring every item detail, selection, and quantity is accurate before an order moves forward.
- Review and cross-reference project documentation and community scope to verify order accuracy prior to data entry.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams - including Accounting and the sales field - to surface and resolve pricing discrepancies before they affect an order.
- Identify and reconcile moderately complex order or data discrepancies in a timely way, keeping workflows moving and records reliable.
- 2+ years of experience in order processing, data entry, operations coordination, or a closely related role.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Outlook - and a track record of picking up new systems quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams that may have different priorities.
