Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and export paperwork.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Planning, Credit, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan, manage, and monitor shipments.
  • Conduct shipment and inventory audits to maintain shipping accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support security and trade compliance initiatives, including CTPAT requirements.
  • This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams across the business, gain exposure to global logistics operations, and help drive continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Experience coordinating shipments and working with carriers, freight providers, or transportation partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping, receiving, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations.
  • Experience with warehouse operations, distribution, or material handling equipment.

Nice to have

  • DGD/IATA certification (air freight preferred
  • ocean freight a plus).
