Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with other engineers and technicians (electrical, mechanical, embedded) to integrate hardware simulation and fault injection solutions into real-time software Support milestone reviews such as PDR, CDR, and SDR Give and receive productive feedback during collaboration and in design and code reviews Perform other duties as assigned.
- The engineer will provide space flight software and avionics support for newly developed hardware in support of ISS, HLS, moonbase, and commercial space programs.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical electronics engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with embedded systems programming (e.g. microcontrollers, single board computer) in Linux and real-time software environments.
- due to contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent residency is required.

- Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
