About the role
- As our Home Health Marketing Executive, you will be the face of Prime Home Health across the San Antonio market.
- You will be trusted to represent our mission with professionalism, warmth, and a deep understanding of the home health landscape.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and community organizations
- Track outreach activities, referral sources, and relationship-building efforts accurately in our EHR (WellSky)
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a seamless, patient-centered admission experience from referral through start of care
- Support the clinical and admissions team to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care from first contact through start of care
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you are known for being warm, professional, and trustworthy
Nice to have
- Comfortable with technology including EHR platforms (WellSky experience is a plus), MS Office, and communication tools
Compensation
- $50,000 - $100,000+ salary + monthly bonus incentives
- $50,000 - $100,000+ annually, based on experience and existing referral network
