About the role

They Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and water front service team and provide an accurate and executable schedule to minimize conflict between task.
Additional tasks will include but not limited to; Raising Purchases Requisitions on behalf of the SML, collecting and organizing Objective Quality Evidence, and assisting Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.

Implement data-driven approaches to analyze maintenance performance, identify trends that could improve the efficiency of a work period.
Provision of general project support and administration activities to the Waterfront Service Delivery Team;

Strong computer literacy, with proven experience with Microsoft products especially Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint;
Experience working in SAP
Experience and Knowledge with an ERP or EAM (SAP and Maximo)
Experience within procurement, project management or operations

Prepare reports and updates on the schedule progression and adherence;
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities;
Excellent communications skills including the ability to prepare and present reports to a range of audiences;
Exposure to Scheduling Tools (Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 preferred);

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) $70,000 - $90,000 CAD Annual.
