About the role
- The Operations Attendant is a field-based role responsible for executing daily facility operations and event setups at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex (JRTC).
Responsibilities
- Execute event layouts, room setups, and field support elements according to information and direction provided by Operations leadership and Lead Attendants
- Support clubhouse operations as assigned, including locker rooms, laundry support, hydration stations, and preparation of support spaces
- Assist with dugout, seating bowl, and exterior operational support tasks according to standard procedures
- This position supports athletic and non-athletic events by performing physical setup, breakdown, and operational support tasks under the direction of Operations leadership.
