Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Finance team to understand their analytics needs and deliver end-to-end data solutions, from data collection and modeling to analysis, insights generation, and executive-level presentations.
- Lead efforts to consolidate metrics across multiple business lines into unified dashboards and reporting frameworks, enabling more effective decision-making.
- Conduct pricing and market analyses by combining internal operational data, benchmarking information, and external market research to develop pricing recommendations for facilities and business units.
- Develop data models and analytical frameworks that support forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business teams to solve complex business problems through data-driven decision making.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, revenue operations, or related analytical functions
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience in supporting Finance teams is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $122,000 - $143,000 per year.
- 8 paid holidays per year
