Responsibilities

- The Manager, Regulatory Affairs - China Specialist will own all matters as it pertains to regulatory affairs in China.
- Stay abreast of China Regulations and new developments, independently and with LVMH Regulatory Partners
- Manage copy and claim review + risk assessment for China Market
- Lead naming translation process with China RA
- Assist with regulatory documentation and technical assistance to support pre-market registrations
- Manage the acquisition of all China Hygiene Permit with China RA (New and Modifications)
- Design an improved communication flow among Regulatory partners
- Educate key internal partners regarding China regulations and its impact on the fresh business
- Opportunities for networking and building relationships with LVMH Community and Network
Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- At least 4 years' experience in regulatory affairs within a highly regulated industry (i.e. Cosmetics, Food/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals)
- Experience working with China regulation required
- Ability to communicate and influence individuals within all levels of the organization
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, Master's a plus

- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 USD.

- Liaise with China RA, weekly calls
