The Manager, Regulatory Affairs - China Specialist will own all matters as it pertains to regulatory affairs in China.
Stay abreast of China Regulations and new developments, independently and with LVMH Regulatory Partners
Manage copy and claim review + risk assessment for China Market
Lead naming translation process with China RA
Assist with regulatory documentation and technical assistance to support pre-market registrations
Manage the acquisition of all China Hygiene Permit with China RA (New and Modifications)
Design an improved communication flow among Regulatory partners
Educate key internal partners regarding China regulations and its impact on the fresh business
Opportunities for networking and building relationships with LVMH Community and Network

Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
Light to moderate lifting may be required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
At least 4 years' experience in regulatory affairs within a highly regulated industry (i.e. Cosmetics, Food/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals)
Experience working with China regulation required
Ability to communicate and influence individuals within all levels of the organization
