  • This position involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of barrier wall systems used in highway construction and traffic control applications.
  • The role requires strict adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the layout of highway barrier walls.
  • Dig holes and perform other manual labor tasks as needed for installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate effectively with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone.
  • Arrive Alive Traffic Control (AATC) considers any position that requires the individual to drive an Arrive Alive Traffic Control vehicle and/or be present at an AATC worksite for any reason a safety sensitive position.

Requirements

  • Experience with concrete work.

Nice to have

  • Handle and install all materials for highway barrier walls.
  • Load and unload materials on a flatbed truck and/or trailer by hand.
  • Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, power tools, and other machinery.
  • Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks on tools and equipment.
  • Keep the worksite clean and organized, ensuring proper disposal of debris and materials.
  • Complete all job-related paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Compensation

  • $16k-$20k
