About the role

  • In this hands-on position, you'll guide donors through the donation process while collect ing the blood and blood products that hospitals rely on every day.

Responsibilities

  • Whether you're supporting a community blood drive or welcoming donors at a donation center, you'll play a hands-on role in connecting generous donors with patients who depend on blood and platelet donations.
  • Create an exceptional donor experience by welcoming, educating, and caring for donors throughout the donation process.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel throughout the service area, including weekly overnight hotel stays, as needed.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends as needed
  • Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week, variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs, Every other weekend required.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • No previous blood collection experience is required.
  • Required Qualifications

Compensation

  • $18.64 - $19.69 per hour
