About the role
- Work with customers to ideate and architect a solution that works with their business
- Diagnose and solve fast - Debug API requests, troubleshoot production issues, and provide clear, actionable solutions for customers.
- Think like the customer - Spot patterns in issues, improve docs, and work with engineering to fix problems at the root (or, just do it yourself)

- Own technical enablement - Help enterprise teams understand best practices for integrating and scaling with our platform.
- Build - Create developer resources, like sample code, etc
