Responsibilities
- Lead Social Media Content Development
- Manage Craig Groeschel's social media accounts on various platforms.
- Develop and implement a focused social media strategy to increase traffic and visibility of Craig Groeschel's accounts.
- Create social media captions and blurbs for Craig Groeschel's social media accounts.
- Attend Craig Groeschel speaking engagements and provide social media support during events.
- Drive the Senior Pastor's Social Media Strategy
- Develop and manage the weekly content schedule for Craig Groeschel's social media platforms.
- Develop content themes and campaigns specific to Craig Groeschel.
- Collaborate with Craig Groeschel's support team on strategy and execution.
- Provide Team Leadership and Support Team Operations
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve.
- Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of related social media, content or marketing experience.
- Social media campaign development and management experience.
Compensation
- $160 annually in development dollars for team members to invest in their professional growth.
