Responsibilities

  • Lead Social Media Content Development
  • Manage Craig Groeschel's social media accounts on various platforms.
  • Develop and implement a focused social media strategy to increase traffic and visibility of Craig Groeschel's accounts.
  • Create social media captions and blurbs for Craig Groeschel's social media accounts.
  • Attend Craig Groeschel speaking engagements and provide social media support during events.
  • Drive the Senior Pastor's Social Media Strategy
  • Develop and manage the weekly content schedule for Craig Groeschel's social media platforms.
  • Develop content themes and campaigns specific to Craig Groeschel.
  • Collaborate with Craig Groeschel's support team on strategy and execution.
  • Provide Team Leadership and Support Team Operations

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
  • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve.
  • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of related social media, content or marketing experience.
  • Social media campaign development and management experience.

Compensation

  • $160 annually in development dollars for team members to invest in their professional growth.
