About the role
- P erform analysis on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing programs.

Responsibilities
- Drive Dropbox's compensation philosophy, design and programs for your client teams.
- Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with HR business partners, business leaders, and executive leadership on compensation programs evolution and compensation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on compensation decisions. Support decisions with sound judgement and data-backed recommendations.
- Contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide compensation programs and processes, including job architecture, market benchmarking, compensation review cycles, and global compensation practices.
- Design and implement programs with an understanding of fulfilling business need and impact on global employee base.
- Work with the R ecruiting team to deliver a delightful new hire process by applying Dropbox compensation policies in fair and equitable ways. This includ es new hire offer package consultation to ensure alignment to market and internal peers.
- We collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to d esign and implement compelling compensation prog rams.
- In this role, y ou will be client-facing and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership t o support their unique needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in-house or advising, preferably for the technology industry or compensation consulting firm
