About the role
- You'll bring owner-style ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle-the right mix of product management, product marketing, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities
- Be the gelling function - Break down walls between teams; create shared context
- Own a product area end-to-end - Strategy, roadmap, execution, outcomes
- You prototype with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable)-you build before the meeting
Requirements
- Proficiency using AI tools to rapidly prototype
- Track record bridging engineering and business teams
- You're not a project manager-you decide, you have strong opinions, you execute
Nice to have
- Insurance, fintech, or regulated industry experience
- Background in AI/ML products, voice AI, or workflow automation
- Prior startup experience (Series A/B)
- 3-6 years in product management (B2B SaaS or AI-native preferred)
Compensation
- $135,000-$185,000 + performance bonuses & equity
