About the role

  • Fox Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized OEM Chassis Inventory Coordinator to join our Chassis Inventory & Distribution team.
  • The ideal candidate brings a strong background in OEM relations, fleet or dealership inventory management, vehicle upfitting, or data management, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with OEM and dealership partners on vehicle releases and release verifications
  • Upload and maintain all new unit arrivals accurately within the Infor and Zoho inventory databases
  • Manage all OEM and dealership drop ship requests and ensure accurate routing and documentation
  • Partner with Transportation and Production on all vehicle shipping holds - communicating status, coordinating resolution, and ensuring timely release
  • Coordinate with the Product Development team on prototype vehicles, including tracking, timelines, and status updates throughout the build process
  • Support the Sales team with inventory inquiries, availability reporting, and unit status updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred - but not required with sufficient relevant experience

Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Zoho and Infor inventory databases
  • High-volume data entry and database management in a logistics or automotive setting
