About the role
- Fox Factory Performance Vehicle Development (PVD) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized OEM Chassis Inventory Coordinator to join our Chassis Inventory & Distribution team.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong background in OEM relations, fleet or dealership inventory management, vehicle upfitting, or data management, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with OEM and dealership partners on vehicle releases and release verifications
- Upload and maintain all new unit arrivals accurately within the Infor and Zoho inventory databases
- Manage all OEM and dealership drop ship requests and ensure accurate routing and documentation
- Partner with Transportation and Production on all vehicle shipping holds - communicating status, coordinating resolution, and ensuring timely release
- Coordinate with the Product Development team on prototype vehicles, including tracking, timelines, and status updates throughout the build process
- Support the Sales team with inventory inquiries, availability reporting, and unit status updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred - but not required with sufficient relevant experience
Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail oriented
- Zoho and Infor inventory databases
- High-volume data entry and database management in a logistics or automotive setting
