Responsibilities
- Operate and control manufacturing equipment to support production line activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate machinery and equipment safely
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Physical ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials as needed
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
- Familiarity with GMP or safety compliance standards
Nice to have
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred
Skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
