Responsibilities
- Network Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive network strategy that supports the organization's business objectives and technology roadmap.
- Project Management: Lead network-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and develop a team of network professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.
- Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in leading and developing a technical team, with strong interpersonal and management skills.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network management, with a proven track record in overseeing complex network infrastructures, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and relevant network certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
- Ability to align network strategies with business goals and adapt to evolving technological and business landscapes.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, wireless technology, network security, and cloud services.
- Work is expected to be conducted in a manner that stresses the importance of preventing incidents and illnesses, including attending all required safety meetings and trainings.
