About the role

Would you like to work in the field, managing a team?
Our team is the repair hub for all global Wireline technologies.
We provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment.

Responsibilities

Have demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high organizational standards.
Have strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and the ability to lead by example.
Providing mentorship, training, and hands on guidance for developing other Field Specialists and junior personnel.

Requirements

Have Engineering degree / Technical Diploma.
Have proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal reporting tools).
Preparing, verifying, and controlling all equipment required for tractor operations, ensuring readiness and compliance with operational checklists.

Nice to have

Have valid CDL Class A Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Towing trailer experience highly preferred.
