Responsibilities
- 🧩 Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills 🎯 Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors ⚖️ Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client behavior plans 🤝 Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment 📊 Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain accurate documentation 🎲 Keep sessions engaging, fun, and meaningful for clients 💪
Requirements
- Comfortably lift at least 30 pounds as required. 🪑
Compensation
- Your hourly rate will range from $32-$40/hr, based on your experience, skills, and potential to grow with our team.
