About the role
- Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and salaried positions while improving workforce pipelines and hiring quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Develop recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategies
- Partner with operations leaders on staffing forecasts
- Manage applicant tracking and hiring metrics
- Lead recruiting events and community partnerships
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Requirements
