Responsibilities
- Support the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers with project-related billing activities
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Maintain professional, consistent interactions with internal and external clients
- For more than 130 years, we have been planning and designing the infrastructure our communities need: developing water supplies, designing roadways and bridges, preparing for natural disasters, and much more.
- As Biller, you will support project-related billings by preparing and processing accurate client invoices, reviewing financial documentation for accuracy and compliance, and partnering with the Billing team, Operations Analysts, and Project Managers to resolve issues and keep work moving.
Requirements
- 2+ years of billing or accounting experience at a professional services firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat
- Accounting experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field
