Responsibilities
- Process Architecture: Design and map end-to-end business workflows that leverage AI agents and LLM orchestration to automate complex decision-making tasks.
- Implementation & Integration: Collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise software and cloud infrastructure.
- An effective communicator and collaborator, you excel in partnering with cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions.
- Design and map end-to-end business workflows that leverage AI agents and LLM orchestration to automate complex decision-making tasks.
Requirements
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN) and data visualization tools.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in Python and SQL or other agentic development environments.
- You are an innovative thinker with a strong passion for business process optimization, data science and artificial intelligence.
Nice to have
- Background in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols related to AI data handling.

- For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota
- 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%

Compensation
- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan.
