About the role

Subsequently turn them into long-term revenue contributors.
Business development Initiatives: Step in on broader BD and strategic initiatives where needed.

Design, launch, and continuously improve our referral and co-sell program.
Includes partner tiers, incentive structures, onboarding flows, and enablement materials.
Own pipeline metrics, referral conversion rates, and partner-influenced ARR.
Setting and hitting ambitious targets for partner-driven growth.
Collaborate tightly with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to integrate partner activities into go-to-market motions and ensure partners are set up for success.
Implement the tooling, tracking, and processes needed to manage a scalable partner ecosystem, including CRM hygiene, partner portals, attribution, and performance dashboards.
Able to communicate clearly and drive alignment in cross-functional Teams involving Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
High tolerance for ambiguity, proactive execution, and a genuine appetite to build from zero.
Comfortable being the first person to fully own this function.
An international tech team with a clear path to scale, short decision paths, and real support to execute, and honest, transparent communication at eye level.
