You will also lead and develop a team of Delivery Specialists supporting Tessenderlo Kerley's business units.

Coordinate daily communication with plants, terminals, inventory control, and customer service to ensure accurate and timely delivery execution.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, DOT and government (49 CFR) regulations, and company requirements, including proper documentation.
Reinforce a strong safety culture in partnership with HS&E across all logistics activities.
Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent execution, productivity, and on-time performance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical business experience
Working knowledge of DOT and government regulations (CFR 49) and NMFC standards
10+ years of transportation experience
liquid bulk preferred

You will report to the Supply Chain Service Manager and oversee the safe, efficient execution of 20,000+ annual shipments across multiple transportation modes.
The role is accountable for meeting delivery requirements while managing over $20M in annual truck spend.
