About the role
- MIC provides turnkey facility integration solutions, including cleanroom and MEP construction, DI water, gas and chemical supply systems, wastewater treatment, facility monitoring and control systems, installation, and maintenance services.
- The role may require walking project areas, attending field meetings, reviewing installation progress, and working near chemical-system equipment and active construction operations.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of chemical-system projects.
- Support project mobilization, startup, turnover, closeout, and demobilization activities.
- Coordinate site access, meetings, inspections, deliveries, and field-support requirements.
- Facilitate communication between U.S.-based teams and Taiwan-based leadership, engineering, procurement, and support teams.
- Translate or summarize project emails, meeting discussions, technical documents, schedules, reports, and action items as needed.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy when handling translated information.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, logs, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical project files.
- Assist with document routing, review, approval, distribution, and revision control.
- Prepare meeting agendas and document decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Associate degree in business, engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and project records.
- Ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- The employee must follow all company and site-specific safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, chemical systems, cleanroom, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects.
- Experience supporting chemical distribution, process piping, gas, water, mechanical, or facility systems.
- Experience with project schedules, procurement, document control, RFIs, submittals, or change tracking.
- Experience communicating with international or Taiwan-based teams.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project tools.
- Familiarity with P&IDs, equipment layouts, construction drawings, or technical specifications.

- Job Overview
- Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an organized and proactive Bilingual Project Coordinator - Chemical Systems to support project coordination, documentation, scheduling, communication, procurement, and field execution for semiconductor chemical-system projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and completion dates.
- Coordinate activities involving engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance teams.
- Assist with daily project priorities and communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor open items and follow through with responsible parties until completion.
- Help identify schedule risks, material delays, documentation gaps, and coordination concerns.
- Communicate professionally in Mandarin Chinese and English with employees, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
