About the role

- The Nebraska Water/Wastewater Leader will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of the water/wastewater staff they supervise.
- We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE office location.

- The Water/Wastewater Leader may also manage multiple projects and/or assist the project team with project management duties and best practices.

Requirements
- You are passionate about:
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
- Working collaboratively with others.
- Having ownership in the work you do.
- Using your talents to positively affect communities.
- You bring to the team:
- Strong communication skills.
- Established background in the water/wastewater industry.
- Daily management and leadership.
