Own and drive the operational lifecycle of in-flight amendments and change-order activity from opportunity creation through installation.
Create and manage opportunities associated with operational service modifications and amendment activity.
Order Structure Support
Support MACD administration and associated workflow requirements.
Manage low- or no-revenue operational changes that require cross-functional execution.
Maintain accurate records and data integrity across Salesforce and supporting systems.
Develop strong working relationships across organizational boundaries to drive successful outcomes.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in telecommunications, sales operations, order management, service delivery, project coordination, or related operational functions.
Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, MACDs, amendments, and service delivery processes.
Experience working within Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across multiple stakeholder groups.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience supporting enterprise, carrier, or hyperscale customers preferred.
Estimated Base Salary Range: $53,300.00 - $82,200.00 USD/annually.
