- Northmarq is looking for an Associate Broker to join its Investment Sales team in our Charleston, SC office.
Responsibilities
- Engage in prospecting through cold calling and utilizing various resources to identify new leads.
- Research new leads to uncover, identify and connect within target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and analytics team to create tailored proposals.
- Strong work ethic coupled with drive for excellence
- This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to support Northmarq's expanding investment sales team, working closely with senior brokers who are leaders in their fields.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Proficiency in critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and adeptness in research
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is preferred.
