Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into a clear implementation plan within Reflow.
- Design, validate, and iterate on Reflow data models so metrics and reports remain accurate, useful, and meaningful.
- Query and analyze anonymized, aggregated data to improve data design and identify gaps, conflicts, or inconsistencies.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to define how organizations and teams measure their work, then translate that into reliable business intelligence.
- Strong SQL and database skills, and you use data to drive and validate configuration decisions.
- You will define and validate productivity, economics, and workflow definitions, and make sure new teams get accurate, useful analytics from day one.
- You will own the link between how teams think about work and what the platform actually measures.

Requirements
- Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in implementation, analytics, solutions, or customer success.
- Experience with business intelligence and turning raw, noisy data into clear and actionable metrics.
- Familiarity with writing efficient regex-based queries for analytics workflows.
