About the role
- As Vice President, Total Health Solutions & Occupational Health, you'll provide executive leadership for CareATC's expanding portfolio of Total Health Solutions while leading the strategic growth of our Occupational Health program.

Responsibilities
- Drive program growth through data analytics, outcomes research, utilization metrics, and evidence-based decision making
- Support business development through executive client presentations and strategic consultation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across the organization
- Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $185,000-$210,000 Annual Salary + Annual Incentive Opportunity

- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate across Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to advance organizational strategy
- MBA, MPH, MHA, or another advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience leading teams and large-scale healthcare programs
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across healthcare organizations and clients
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms preferred
