About the role

  • As Vice President, Total Health Solutions & Occupational Health, you'll provide executive leadership for CareATC's expanding portfolio of Total Health Solutions while leading the strategic growth of our Occupational Health program.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program growth through data analytics, outcomes research, utilization metrics, and evidence-based decision making
  • Support business development through executive client presentations and strategic consultation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across the organization
  • Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • $185,000-$210,000 Annual Salary + Annual Incentive Opportunity

  • MBA, MPH, MHA, or another advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
  • Three or more years of experience leading teams and large-scale healthcare programs
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across healthcare organizations and clients
  • Knowledge of healthcare analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms preferred
