About the role
- The Licensed Practical Nurse will serve clients by conducting various nursing duties across numerous outpatient psychiatry, addictions, & housing services while implementing & maintaining the therapeutic client-clinic staff relationship.
- Functions as a resource person for nursing & medical issues.
- Oversees infectious disease control, client hygiene, and related client & facility health issues, under the supervision of nursing leadership.
Responsibilities
- Performs all appropriate nursing assessments per service line requirements, utilizing a high level of clinical competence.
Requirements
- Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
- Completes all required documentation in a timely manner as indicated per our company policies & procedures.
- Participates in all required meetings as assigned.
- Valid licensure as a practical nurse; one year of experience preferred.

Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, & divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, & decimals.
- Shall be able to follow direction and accept supervision.
