As a Self-Perform Superintendent, you will lead field crews to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Monitor and ensure Aristeo workers' safety; ensure all incidents are reported immediately, and support the investigation of all incidents as needed Partner with the Project Manager to align on project goals, field strategies, risks, and upcoming needs to support proactive decision-making Attend pre-bid meetings, provide feedback and input on best practices, and proper means and methods to meet and exceed expectations

Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate for extended periods of time on a project specific basis.
Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the U.S. without further visa sponsorship.
