About the role

We are currently seeking a construction/field engineer to join our TYLin's PMCM team for an upcoming electrical project
Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.

Verify construction documents to field conditions.
Conduct in-depth research to develop recommendations for approaches, concepts, materials and equipment selection.
Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.
Assure that drawings, calculations and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards and strengths, follow Quality Assurance and Control procedures.

1+ years of construction (office) engineer experience is required.
Requires knowledge of engineering principals and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and trades at one time in the field.
Knowledge of meeting construction schedules and budgets.

Additional Information
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $86,900- $110,300 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer. BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred with an electrical background.
EIT Certification preferred.
Previous infrastructure construction experience with a city agency such as MNR is a plus
