Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Must be able to work in an environment with loud noises and constantly changing visuals.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical activities including standing for extended periods, walking long distances, bending, climbing stairs, and remaining in constant motion.
Must be available to work four days per week, including Sundays and holidays as needed.
Strong public speaking and communication skills required, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to adapt to changes in tour scripts, routes, and assignments on short notice.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to check in groups and collect tickets as needed.

Excellent memorization and time management skills, with the ability to deliver presentations with energy and enthusiasm.
Special Requirements of the Job:
This is a seasonal position scheduled for the duration of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Opportunities to transition into a regular part-time role may be available based on business needs and performance.

Proficiency in a second language is a plus but not required.
Experience in a tour-related or entertainment industry preferred.
Preferred backgrounds include, but are not limited to, previous employment as a Tour Guide or experience in theater, performing arts, or communications.
