ROOST Apartment Hotel is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support the daily operations of our housekeeping department at ROOST White House.
Supervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to ROOST standards.
Monitor productivity and quality of work while providing real-time feedback and support.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
Support deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as needed.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel, apartment hotel, luxury residential, or hospitality environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Experience with apartment hotels, boutique hotels, or luxury hospitality brands.
Knowledge of housekeeping inspection procedures and hotel operations.
